What one phone call
can be worth.
Members keep 80% of every referral fee. If an agent earns a $10,000 commission and pays a 25% referral fee, that's $2,500, and $2,000 of it is yours. Move the numbers below to see your own.

Every number here is illustrative. Commissions and referral fees are negotiated deal by deal.
02 / Getting paid
How and when you're paid.
In New Jersey a referral agent can only be paid through the broker their license is held with. So the referral fee comes to our office when the deal closes, and your 80% goes to you from there.
Refer once a year or once a month. The $100 membership is what you pay us.
Honest note: about 30 to 40 of our 350-odd members earn meaningful money from referrals. The rest mostly keep their license active and refer when it comes up. Both are fine.
It's literally a phone call.
