How it works

Join. Refer.
Get paid.

You join with a short form, and we move your license to our referral-only office. When someone you know is buying or selling, you call us. We find and vet the right agent, and when the deal closes you keep 80% of the referral fee.

  1. 01

    You join.

A short form: name, contact info, current brokerage, license type. Then the $100 yearly membership. Retired military, police or fire pay nothing.

  2. 02

    We move your license.

We handle the transfer with the state. You don't fill out Commission paperwork or wait on hold. The state charges a small fee to move your license, roughly $25 to $50.confirm: Sharon

Your license stays active the whole time you're with us. No MLS. No Realtor board. No E&O. No desk fee.

  3. 03

    You refer someone.

A friend is selling. A cousin is moving to Tampa. A client from years ago is buying a shore house. Anywhere in the world counts.

Call us, or fill out the referral slip. You can name the agent yourself or let us pick.

  4. 04

We find and vet the agent.

This is the part that makes us different. We research the market, vet and screen agents, and pick the one who fits that client, so the referral actually closes.

We know the top agents in Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Mercer and the surrounding counties. Out of state, we do the homework.

  5. 05

    You get paid.

When it closes, the referral fee comes to the office and you keep 80% of it.

Going back to active

Want to sell again? You can.

Want to sell again? You can switch back to active status quickly: usually within a day, and in minutes if you have a live listing.confirm: George, before launch

While you're a referral agent you don't need continuing education. If you switch back to salesperson or broker, the Commission may require some first, depending on how long you've been a referral agent.

Talk to us before you switch. We'll tell you exactly what's involved.
